Abstract
The influence of nanostructuring on the photo-thermostimulated structural transformations and related changes of optical, thermodynamical and electrophysical parameters were investigated in amorphous Se0.6Te0.4 films embedded into transparent SiOx or As2S3 matrix. Namely comparison was made between homogeneous thin Se0.6Te0.4 films and Se0.6Te0.4/SiOx or Se0.6Te0.4/As2S3-type nano-multilayer structures. It was established that crystallization and interdiffusion processes depend on the type of matrix in the nano-layered structure, what enables additional operation of the optical recording in this type of chalcogenide-based memory materials..
