Abstract

PbMg1/3Nb2/3O3 (PMN) and PbTiO3 (PMN-PT) have been obtained by a columbite method. The sintering conditions have been determined in order to get a perovskite type structure. XRD measurements and SEM analysis have been performed to identify the structural parameters and respectively the microstructure..
