Abstract

NixCu0.25Zn0.75-xFe2O4 (x = 0.25, 0.35, 0.5) nanopowders were prepared by a simple solution method using metal nitrates and aloe vera plant extracted solution. The prepared samples were characterized by XRD, FT-IR, SEM, TEM and VSM. All the prepared samples are polycrystalline and have spinel structure with the particle sizes of ~15-40 nm. The samples exhibit ferromagnetic behavior, having saturation magnetization and coercivity values in the range of 32.52–66.58 emu/g at 10 kOe and 58.46-140.47 Oe, respectively..
