Abstract
An inverted pyramid microstructure with enhanced absorption characteristics in the visible and near-infrared bands was proposed, with the absorption rate increased by 20%. The influences of the shape, aspect ratio, array period and incident angle of the inverted pyramid on the absorption characteristics were analyzed. In the infrared band, a cube cavity microstructure combined with a metal film was proposed, which significantly improved the absorption rate in the range of 900-1700 nm. An average broadband absorption performance of 80% was achieved in the 1250-1550 nm band. In the terahertz band, a pure silicon dielectric inverted pyramid metasurface was designed. This enhanced absorption microstructure was fabricated based on wet etching method. Experimental demonstrated that the average absorption rate reached 70% in the 0.6-1.0 THz band, and it also featured polarization insensitivity and tunability..
