Abstract
ITO/PEDOT/P3HT:PCBM(1:1)/LiF/Al photovoltaic cells were prepared by spin coating technique, using optical glass substrates covered with a thin ITO layer. The samples have the same structure, differing by LiF layer thickness. I-V characteristics in dark and under monochromatic light were recorded, at room temperature. The fill factor and the power conversion efficiency were calculated for each sample. The cell parameters in regime of photo-element were determined and their dependence on the thickness of the LiF layer are presented and discussed..
